Branched-chain amino acids, also know as BCAA's, consist of L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine, which are widely regarded as the most important amino acids for athletes. They account for 33% of muscle protein which is one of the reasons why so many athletes supplement with them and why scientists are continually evaluating their role in exercise.Who is it for?
Reflex Nutrition's BCAA supplement is ideal for active individuals and athletes undertaking regular training. It can be used by both men and women.This product is not suitable for vegetarians or persons under the age of 16.

OTHER INGREDIENTS: L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, Hard Gelatine Capsule (Bovine), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride.RECOMMENDED USE: Take 6 capsules 30-40 minutes before training and another 6 capsules immediately after training.
WARNINGS: This product is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with food as part of a healthy and varied diet, not as a substitute for such. Recommended consumption is 12 capsules per day on training days. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. This product is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16. Keep out of reach of young children.
