I’m no protein expert. Bought as doctors advised increase of protein for wound healing post operation. Very sweet, but taste pretty good. Found they had to be really cold or I couldn’t get them down. Once chilled, these taste great. Satisfies the sweet craving after dinner too. Win- Win!

So I will start by saying I have tried a LOT of protein bars over the years, a crazy amount and Grenade have NAILED it... these are as close to a chocolate bar you are getting and to be honest I have swapped by chocolate fix with these. Not really sure about the image of this sugar free drink, but the product - what is in the can - is removed from any other energy drink I have tasted. It's definitely tropical but not so staid as to pass one by. Definitely worth trying.
