Suggested Use: SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. Take 1 Tablespoon (15 mL) daily. Can be taken directly or added to your choice of blended beverage or as a topping on a variety of foods.
Suggested Dose
4-8 Years: ¼ TBSP (100 mg DHA & 1 g MCT)
9-13 Years: ½ TBSP (200 mg DHA & 2 g MCT)
14+ Years: 1 TBSP or 15 mL (400 mg DHA & 4 g MCT)
Keep out of reach of children in case of accidental overdose or choking.
Store in a cool, dry place. For optimal flavor and product performance, we recommend refrigeration before and after opening.

MCTs are part of my healthy diet, and this is a delicious way to get them. I like that it doesn't have sugar or artificial ingredients, though I couldn't tell from the ingredients how they sweeten this. I've always loved peanut butter and jelly, and now I can get a daily dose without the added extra sugar. I eat a tablespoon every day, straight from the bottle.
So easy to take this because it tastes great. We took it straight from the spoon. Great tasting and no weird reactions to it. Tastes like almond butter and a little jelly.
So the real deal is that consuming a teaspoon in the AM means I just don't get hungry till the afternoon. It works for cutting down the need for those delightful, high-calorie mid-morning creampuffs and bacon covered maple logs. The mix is thick. I tried a teaspoon in my AM coffee, and I like it. It works into the routine like a champ. Better than expected.
Mary Ruth almond butter & jelly liposomal tastes really good. I like to put it on an acai bowl, but it's also really tasty just as a spoonful. This would be good in fruit smoothies, and on top of fruit, maybe even on a piece of toast.
This smoothie is so delicious. I'll put it on/inalmost anything.
