I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 2 months. Pretty good value for money, especially for a vegan supplement. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your omega health, especially if you are vegetarian or vegan.

You read a lot about fish contaminated with mercury, and you see all sorts of stuff being dumped in the sea, so it does make you wonder about the quality of Omega 3 that comes from fish, even if you are not a Vegan. This product is made with oil from microalgae, so is sustainable and can be made without any risk from contaminated fish oil. Offering 250mg of DHA in a softgel capsule, and even the capsule is made from tapioca rather then gelatin, one a day is all you need to top up your Omega 3. Even more, these are guaranteed to be sugar free, gluten free, lactose free, soy free, and even GMO free. 60 capsules for less than twenty quid is also a good price for a product of this quality. The ones I used to buy were far more expensive, so I am saving money and getting a great product. Can't go wrong, can you?

These omega 3 supplements are very easy to swallow due to their shape and relatively small size. There is no aftertaste and I have not experienced and side effects. Omega 3 is important for brain health and overall wellbeing. The vegan formula is great!
