I wouldn't be without this ..take it everyday. I've tried others and not had any apparent 'help...So as I take Solgar vitamins I decided to try their cod liver oil...I don't miss a day and my (was very painful arthritic thumb joint) is pain free! If I stop the tabs it comes back....SIMPLE!

Good product at a good price
No taste or smell (which is great) but HUGE. If you like to drink out of bottle with a straw you will have to down this one out of an actual cup.
I tend to work long hours and don't always have the ability (or willpower) to have a healthy and balanced diet. I grew up eating cod liver oil during winter months, and have continued this it gives a noticeable boost to my immune system and overall well-being. These capsules are very convenient, and the otherwise note very pleasant taste of the oil! This is one of my staples throughout the year and I cannot recommend it enough.
