Excited & Time Will Tell

Excited to try this product. I `ve never used a Keratin supplement before. I have fine , easily damaged hair left over from aggressive chemo years ago, - a 1/4 of the thickness of strands and amount of hair , and strength of the former hair I had. I`ve heard good things of keratin , and of Doctor`s Best products. These capsules are filled with the supplement in a powder form. I found , for me, the exterior to be easy to swallow. The ingredients are simple , and SOY FREE. That is important to me - I have to keep my soy intake low as my past breast cancer was estrogen /hormone receptive. Some may want to look at the sodium content if they are watching their sodium intake. All in all, I trust the ingredients. Easy open and dispensing top. An only dosage of 1X daily 500 mg. I`ll be back with further results in 60 +/- days :)

Smells weird but works good

Good product overall! I haven't seen obvious changes in my nails and hair, but will monitor and edit my review after a while! In general it's easy to take. The only thing that I'm not used to is the fishy smell every time I open the bottle. I don't taste it though.

Seeing a difference !

Over the last 4 months I have lost so much hair not sure if it's from stress or what. My skin is dry and nails are awfully thin. I started to do a lot of reading into what supplements would help and Keratin was on top of the list with a couple of others. I have been taking this for over a week and I am seeing new hair growth starting at the hairline and behind my temples I would like to add that the temple area was balding. I will continue using this supplement and the others combined (Biotin, D3 5000 IU, Collagen, Zinc, folic acid) as they are all good for the issues that I am facing. My hair is fine and I noticed it was so dry but I am seeing improvement with the dryness too and I did start using a shampoo with Biotin. I'm sure that this supplement in combination with everything else I'm doing is helping. I hope this info helps if anyone else is going through what I am. ( I'm a woman)
